These terms apply to your use of Privly.

Local Editing

Privly helps users edit photos locally before sharing. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to edit and share the images you process.

Subscriptions

Privly Pro is sold through Apple's App Store subscription system. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple.

Apple Standard EULA

Privly uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate agreement is required by Apple. You can view Apple's Standard EULA at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
