Privly processes photos locally on your device. The app does not upload original images, edited images, recognition results, or user-created content to any server.
Privly does not create user accounts, does not track users, and does not collect data for advertising, analytics, or identity purposes.
Photo library access is used only when you choose photos for editing or save edited results back to your library.
Privly uses Apple's App Store subscription system for purchases. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple.
